120 Single KB Thruster (AHAP)
90 Muscle Up/C2B
60 Box Jumps for Max Height
then immediately after start
(B)
Clean Complex
1xPower Clean + 1xHPC + 1xC&J
10 Attempts each athlete to find MAX load
*If an athlete misses a complex they will record their previous attempt and will finish lifting.

Scoring-(A)For Time & (B)For Max Weight Total of All 10 lifts each athlete

*2 KB, 2 Boxes & 2 Bars per team of 4. Only 2 athletes working at one time.
