    Heavy PC 80, attempted 85 but failed the seconed rep.
    PC&J EMOM @60kg (round it up eh, change plates would be good for pensioners) - 29 burpees
    AMRAP with 50M (2x24kg KB Farmers walk thrown it) 3 rnds + 27. Thanks for Jody pointing out that I missed a round of FC, after I had done 7 HPC's.
