Teammate vs Teammate

Gymnastic Skill- Practice something you can't do as R'xd for 20mins.

WOD-Teammate vs Teammate

Max Reps in 10mins
Back Squat 60/40kg
1/2 Gasser

Scoring- Max Reps on Back Squat

*Athlete A runs their fastest 1/2 Gasser whilst Athlete B performs max rep back squats. As soon as Athlete A enters the box Athlete B will dump the bar from the front and record reps. The faster the Athletes run the 1/2 Gasser the less reps there teammates can perform on back squats.

  2. Strength tonight was muscle ups with a band. worked my way from a red band to the orange band then to the yellow band. Thanks Jody for all the tips.

    WOD - worked with Gab. I used a 40kg bar. Forgot to add up the total reps but each round I got about 12 reps (except for last round)

    Finished the night off with another tabata marathon
    4 rounds of squats
    4 rounds of sit-ups
    4 rounds of kettle bell swings

    Bring on Friday!!!

  3. Practiced Handstand Walks, well more like stand stills. Also did L-Sit pull ups and 1 shot at a Ring HSPU( how funny)
    WOD versed Woody in this challenge just beat him 106 to 98 reps at 40kgs.
    Not a bad effort by both of us.
    Found my challenge for 2012 struck HSPU, then a freestanding HSPU

  4. Worked on bar muscle ups, L-sit pull ups and also had an attempt at HSPU on the rings( was about 30 times harder than I had thought it was going to be.
    Individual wod-
    5 rounds -10 back squats (60kg) and half gasser.
    Finisher- tabata marathon.
