*Athlete A performs Ring Rows whilst Athlete B performs max KB swing/Lunges. Athletes change with a loss of midline on Ring Rows.

  9. squat cleaned 90kg(pb) but didnt land th jerk.., but got some good tech tips on the jerk.lock and flatten core/back on th jerk.

    Clean and jerk 50kg it felt good but stayed at this weight to work on form

    Wod worked with gab got 87 reps and team score was 146 woohoo girl power!!!!

    Finished the night off with a tabata marathon - great finisher guys!! And thanks to Brendan for kicking me in the head during the sit-ups .... Ouch!!! Lol
