  2. Came in early to practices C&J 5x70kg,3x80kg, 1x90kg
    Strength was Front Squats10x100kg, 1x120kg, 1x140kg(f) rolled out of my traps in the bottom of the squat, gotta get my elbows up and straighten my back out.
    WOD @60kg/24kg 8:06. Did this yesterday at CFP, rxd for 9:20. So pretty happy with my time. But still a killer of a WOD.
    Failed the 800m in the first 400, with cramps. Needs some rest before the games WOD on Friday, bring it on.

  4. That shiZzle was hard!

    Snatch @ 60kg failed 65kg again... Fairly confident my OHS is letting me down here!

    WOD @ 60kg in 9:37 smeh, should have been faster than that!

    800m in 3.45 = DNF!

    Probably the quietest I have seen the box after a WOD, confident no one had much more to give, it was a jam packed session! Torn one of my hands though so wanting to not see pullups for WOD #2...

  6. Heavy snatch 50kg. Wasn't terribly happy with the effort. Really struggled to find balance.
    Wod- @60kg/24 9 minutes flat.
    800m - 2.47
