Teams of 2

WOD- ADeath by Thruster
Choose own weight
Start at 2 reps, & every minute on the minute, add 2 Thrusters.
Continuing as long as possible, until you can no longer complete the reps in the 2 minute period.

Scoring- Reps x Weight

*Athlete A will perform reps then Athlete B. Athlete B can't start reps unitl Athlete A completes designated reps for that round.

(A) Relay style 400m
(B) Max TTB
(C) Max Ring Dips

Scoring- Lowest Rank. A+B+C

*Athlete A runs 400m tags athlete B. Athlete A performs 1 attempt max TTB then Athlete B. Athlete A performs Max Ring Dips then Athlete B.
