*Athlete A will start Snatch Complex 5,5,5 with a focus on unbroken reps. Both Athlete A and Athlete B will performs complex alternatively and then move onto wall balls where Athlete A will perform 30 unbroken wall balls followed by B. This pattern continues for the workout.
