  1. Found my 1RM for back squats, 50kg. Happy with that.
    Wod 1= 1, 5+8, 0, 1, 5+10+10, 0, 1
    Wod 2= 2PP +5WB then 3PP +5WB(what a disaster)
    Wod 3= 1 round then 9reps
    The Push Press really killed me, could not lift the freakin bar, kept on bending my knees.
    Need to really work on the technique.
