Light PS "Isabel" 43/30
Run 800m
Lighter "Isabel" Rxd, deduct 10/5kg (No misses or start again. 3 strikes & move on)
Run 400m
*If you have 3 misses on "Lighter Isabel", when you move on to the run, ONLY run to the turnaround point 200m then WALK back the remainder. Use this time to think how you would approach "Lighter Isabel" if you had it over.
