*Only one person working on thrusters & Muscle Ups at a time.
*Both can perform sprints at same time.

    WOD 16:40@60kg jumping PU 9ft beam.
    Jody my fingers are killing from that beam.
    Tops work from everyone tonight the box was a buzzzz.

  2. Only did the WOD tonight due to some poor planning and communication with the mrs!

    Thruster @ 55kg and missed 5 of the muscle ups 4 were second ones of the two and rd 8 I missed the first one with a lack if concentration! Finished in 19.44 :) pretty happy to get m/u in a WOD!

    Tonight was my fav workout since beginning back in October! Good elements hard work and a great crew in the box tonight! Bummer I missed strength but will catch it up later in the week sometime...
