Perform 1/2 Gasser between working sets

Box Jumps
KTE
KB Swings 24/16

*Box jumps are rep for rep on same box
*KTE are one athlete at a time & partition as needed.
*KB Swings partition as needed but bell can't touch ground once picked up.

  1. strength: back was tight so i stoped half way through. did 50 k.g. can do more just taking care of myself.
    w.o.d: 12:13 + 2 rounds of burpees.
