Rest Day

For those coming in to CFS

WOD - 4 Rounds
21 - KB Swings 24/16
15 - Pull Ups
12 - Thrusters 40/30
9 - Push Ups (Release at Bottom)

*If partnering up;
*Double the reps & partition as needed

    21:25.
    had a sleep before i came in tonight.
    and i had a big smash out yesterday.
    just did not feel into it at all tonight.

  8. Re-did this WOD on Saturday, with Nath, James and Dan @CFP, 17:08
    Pretty Happy with my effort this time, focus was alot better [thanks to Jody].
    When I first started I could feel all my muscles going WTF, we've already done this "STOP"
    Was very close to meeting Pukie for the first time.

    improved (19:21).
    but still can shave time by limiting my rests.
    resting for to long. 20-40 secs at a time.
