Re-did this WOD on Saturday, with Nath, James and Dan @CFP, 17:08 Pretty Happy with my effort this time, focus was alot better [thanks to Jody]. When I first started I could feel all my muscles going WTF, we've already done this "STOP" Was very close to meeting Pukie for the first time.
