  9. Firstly last apology to Browney for rubbing his split times off the board, sorry mate i didnt even ask if the numbers belonged to anyone!

    6.46 which is 19 sec better then last attempt!

    WOD 2
    23 ring dips with yellow bandl down from red band
    25 t2b with 6 best set which is also a pb!

    Awesome effort again from everyone! Still loving my fridays sessions they seem to be my best all week...
