WOD 110kg Deadlift Scaled D/U to single skips x 2 9.07
Had a good crack for once, which makes me feel lazy but happy to see some unexpected results! Big thanks to Todd with some great advice on my running last Saturday... Made a massive difference
run was good 6:25 w.o.d: scaled weigth but did d/u 17:09 damn double unders got the better of me. oh well its a learning curve. got to flusted with it and tried to go 100 miles an hour. happy i finished though.
