Push Press

WOD - 10min AMRAP
5 SDHP 40/30
7 Push Press 40/30
5 Squats (Air)

*Start the WOD with 3 Burpees & every 2min complete 3 Burpees

    used 40kg bar for WOD tonight 7sets

    Better than last time we did this where i failed the first set.

    Thanks for the encouragement on these Belinda. Probably should have done the 37.2kg or attempted 40kg. Just getting back into the swing of things though.

    WOD - 6+7 rxd
    SDHP are not my fave, felt really out of rhythm. All sets of push press except last 2 were unbroken.

    Felt great to train again! :)

    loving my snatch at the moment.
    its a really intense focused movement.
    if you dont have it all locked in its gonna fail.
