Athlete A starts on the above elements whilst Athlete B runs 200m, when Athlete B returns Athlete A runs 200m and Athlete B takes over where Athlete A left off.

Scoring- Total rounds of the above 3 elements completed by the pair.

  1. IRM Pullups - need a band, could do several with red band

    Wod - Anita and I managed 11 rounds + 9 reps. Our consensus was that OHS (22kg) got easier and the strict press got harder. Good fun working out in the little red box.

    Really loved tonight at CFS!!
    Jody it was a great session and it was great to hear you yelling to push harder with the runs when we were under the golden arches, it really made a difference. I really felt exhausted tonight and i think the extreme collapse on the floor post WOD was a good measure of that!!

    Can't wait to do more WOD's at Crossfit StMarys!! :)

  3. Great wod tonight, team with Matt.
    !0 full rounds with a 160m run(hahaha).
    We used 40khgs and Matt done the OHS and the stict press and i Hung power cleaned and ran. Hoo haa for Matts help.
    My TGU were 20kgs left and 20 kgs right. I managed 32kgs pull up, attempted 40kgs once and failed. Will get it though.

    Pullup-28KG, attempted 32KG but failed.

    WOD-Yeah teamed up with Todd. We worked great together i think. We're both strong in different areas. Todd, get heavy with your OHS training and i'll do the same with power snatch haha.
