Saturday 5 Part New Years Eve WOD for time In teams of 2 1) 2016m Row whilst partner holds deadlift@100/60kg. Both Athletes will Row 1008m each before changing. You can only row whilst the deadlift is held at lockout. 2) 20&16 Deadlifts whilst partner holds handstand. Athlete A will perform 20 deadlifts, Athlete B will perform 16 Deadlifts. 3) 20&16 C2Bar whilst partner holds chin over bar. 4) 20&16 Hang Power Cleans@80/45kg whilst partner holds handstand 5)20&17 Rope Climbs 15/12ft.

Thursday-A)Ring Muscle Up Progressions or Triple Under Practice B)20min Amrap Run 530m, 75 Double Unders, 7 Ring Muscle Ups
