Power Snatch + Squat Snatch Technique, Broken Izabelle, In 8mins 2RM Snatch 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch

Beginner 6am, 9:30am, 7:30pm


(A) In teams of 2-60 Squat Snatch 40/30kg

(B) Snatch-In time remaining work 1 rep at a time to the limits of your movement. It can be power snatch or squat snatch
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

(A) In teams of 2-60 Squat Snatch 50/35kg

(B) Snatch-In time remaining work 1 rep at a time to the limits of your movement. It can be power snatch or squat snatch
Advanced 6am & 9:30am & 5:30pm

(A) Power Snatch + Squat Snatch-Work 1 rep at a time to the limits of your movement

(B) Individually for time-15 Snatch 61/43kg 1.30min Cap, 45sec Rest, 10 Snatch 61/43kg 1min Cap 30sec Rest, 5 Snatch 30sec cap  

(C) Individually in 8mins from B find a 2RM Snatch. 
Coaches Tips-(A) Focus on adjusting your depth & landing in perfect positions (B) You read it right, 1min 30 cap for 15reps. Focus is on speed of movement. You can power snatch or squat snatch (C) 1 Power Snatch + 1 Full Snatch
