Friday-(A) Shoulder Strength & Stability (B) 5RM Single Leg Deadlift (C) Deadlift & Burpee

Saturday 8am-Catch Up on a Missed Session (11am) Handstandwalk, Atlas Stone Technique, Buddy Carrys & Atlas Stones

Sunday-Stretch Mobilize, 5km Run, 2.5km Row or 1km Swim
