(C) Individually for total run time-Every 6mins for 12mins Run 800m ASFAP
Focus- (A) Identify the limitations of your movement and stay within them.(B) If it feels good go after it otherwise wait for another day (C) As fast as possible

(A) pb'd by 10kgs with 100kg hang clean

(B) 2:55, 3:08, 3:05 - feeling the holidays badly.
