5RM One Legged Deadlift,5 x 2min 1:1 Max Double KB Strict Press, Push Press & Burpees, Triple Unders

Super Youth 4:30pm

(A) Individually complete 20 Deadlifts @ 75% of 1RM in the least amount of sets

(B) In teams of 2-5 2min rounds for total reps of Max Double KB Strict Press 24/16kg straight into Max Double KB Push Press straight into Max Burpees

(C) Individually-Max Rep Double Unders in 5mins

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Deadlift-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) In teams of 2 5 2min Rounds each for total reps of Max Double KB Strict Press 16/8kg straight into Max Double KB Push Press straight into Max Burpees

(C) Individually-Max Rep Double Unders in 5mins

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) Individually complete 20 Deadlifts @ 75% of 1RM in the least amount of sets

(B) In teams of 2-5 2min rounds for total reps of Max Double KB Strict Press 20/12kg straight into Max Double KB Push Press straight into Max Burpees

(C) Individually-Max Rep Double Unders in 5mins

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) 5RM One Legged KB/DB Deadlift

(B) In teams of 2-5 2min rounds for total reps of Max Double KB Strict Press 24/16kg straight into Max Double KB Push Press straight into Max Burpees

(C) Individually-Max Rep Triple Unders in 5mins

Focus- (A) That's 5 reps without needing to put your other foot on the ground (B) Athlete A completes 1 2min round then Athlete B until both athletes complete 5 rounds each (C) Time to practice

  1. (A) 28kg, very shaky right leg. Kind of felt like doing yoga helped a bit for this one!

    (B) Wow, my strict press sucks. Without a dip I don't have much strength. 6 / 29 / 95

    (C) I THINK 7, but its hard to tell because I would stack it after. It sounded like I got it?!
