1RM KB OHS, Naughty Nancy


Super Youth 4:30pm


(A) KB OHS-Technique, Progression(If your mobility allows, work a 1RM, if not work mobility)

(B) Individually for time-Nancy-5 Rounds 400m Run, 15 OHS 43/30kg

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm


(A) OHS-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) Individually 10min Amrap-200m Run, 5 Power Snatch 30/20kg   

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) KB OHS-Technique, Progression(If your mobility allows, work a 1RM, if not work mobility)

(B) Individually for time-Nancy-5 Rounds 400m Run, 15 OHS 43/30kg

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) 1RM KB OHS

(B) In teams of 2 for time-Naughty Nancy-4 Rounds 600m Run, 25 OHS 63/43kg

Focus- (A) 1 Rep each side (B) Run together, partition OHS as needed

    B)RXD with Locky ended up with 19 min something
