(A) Individually complete Power Snatch 5@50/30kg, 4@55/32.5kg, 3@60/35kg, 2@65/37.5kg, 1@70/40kg alternating Males 5 Muscle Ups & Females 5 C2B,  4 Muscle Ups & Females 4 C2B, 3 Muscle Ups & Females 3 C2B, 2 Muscle Ups & Females 2 C2B, 1 Muscle Up & Females 1 C2B

(B) Individually for time-Power Snatch Isabelle 30 Power Snatch 50/35kg

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm


(A) Power Snatch + OHS-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) Individually 10min Amrap-5 Power Snatch 40/30kg, 5 Push Ups, 5 Pullups, 5 OHS 40/30kg

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) Individually for time-Amanda 9-7-5 Muscle Ups, Snatch 60/40kg

(B)  Individually complete Power Snatch 5@60/40kg, 4@65/42.5kg, 3@70/45kg, 2@75/47.5kg, 1@80/50kg alternating Overhead Pistols 5@10/Dowel,  4@15/5kg, 3@20/10kg, 2@25/15kg 1@30/20kg

Focus- (A) If you do not have a muscle up spend part A practicing Muscle ups and Overhead Pistols then complete Power Snatch Izabelle (30 Power Snatches 60/40) for time in part B (B) The goal is unbroken Touch N Go reps.

    (A) Did a few banded muscle ups, arms were feeling weak from the get go. Sucks, because I went to bed last night feeling so positive about getting one out unassisted!!

    OHPS Got up to 15kg, left leg much better depth than the right leg though.

    (B) Seriously wasn't feeling it this morning - didnt mobilise, didn't work on technique.
    Started at 35, got 2 reps out and wound back to 30 for the remainder. 5:12 (incl. weight change!)
