Coaches Tips-(A) If there is more then 4 athletes in. 4 Start with the row and the rest with Bench (B) If at anytime in the ladder you miss a rep, stay on that weight for the next rep range. The Males reps are different to the females and is reflected like this 10@65/5@45kg (C) One legged squats are alternating each leg 30 in total. Then 90 Double Unders etc
(A) Teamed up with Browney, I couldn't get under 40s for any of my rows.

(B) Bench maxed out at 47.5, and completed the ladder mostly at 45kg. I really need to figure out the best placement for my hands.
