*Athlete A performs max reps then Athlete B performs Max reps etc until 1 min mark then all athletes move onto next element.
WOD-2-5min AMMAP
Scoring-Max Metres
*Athlete A rows max metres for 1min then Athlete B rows till 2 min mark until all athletes complete row at least once.

800m: 3.50 + 20du + 6wb
400m: 1.45 + 10wb + 50du
200m: 1.05 + 1pu + 1bj for 6 rounds. 24' box+5kg weight.
Back squat 1rm 100kg

DL. Well had a 1RM of 150kg, which was about a yr old. At the start of this strength cycle, my 1RM was 130kg. Tonight it's 140kg so meh.

WOD with Gab, Adam an Jessie. 300reps it total which was a pretty good total. But nit good enough to beat the 370reps from the accountants team ( an we all know how accountants add up). JK Mel.
But the highlite of the night, the row. 2 C2's, 8 athletes in a flat out head to head row. The difference, was 20m.
Good work by all the athletes tonight, the intensity was high.
Were gonna give 'Em currie at MOS on the weekend.
