AusFL Round 3 Event 1 & Event 2



SUPER YOUTH, BEGINNER    


(A) In teams of 2-AusFL Round 3 Event 1 In 5mins Max Total Weight Farmers Carry

(BIn teams of 2-AusFL Round 3 Event 2-In 20mins for max reps, 5 KTE, 10 HR Pushups, 15 Back Squats 30/20kg, 200m Row

FROM THE COACH (A) Athletes can choose weight, your score is total number of metres x weight carried. E.g Male Carrys 2 x 24kg bells 30 laps it's 48 x 30 total 1440kg. Only 1 athlete working at once.  (B) Athletes can partition reps as needed  
INTERMEDIATE & MASTERS 50-59yrs
