Beginner

(A) Arm over Arm Pull for Time over 10m with Growler & Rope @100/80kg

(B) In teams of 2 for time-Atlas Stone Squats in front rack 60reps 33/20kg, 60 reps 43/33kg

(C) Individually for max distance-3 Attempts Stone Stone Carry-43/33kg

Intermediate

(A) Arm over Arm Pull for Time over 10m with Growler & Rope @120/100kg

(B) In teams of 2 for time-Atlas Stone Squats in front rack 50reps 33/20kg, 40 reps 43/33kg, 30reps 66/43kg

(C) Individually for max distance-3 Attempts Stone Stone Carry-66/43kg

Advanced

(A) Arm over Arm Pull for Time over 10m with Growler & Rope @140/120kg

(B) In teams of 2 for time-Atlas Stone Squats in front rack 50reps 33/20kg, 40 reps 43/33kg, 30reps 66/43kg 

(C) Individually for max distance-3 Attempts Stone Stone Carry-78/66kg

From the Coach (A) 300kg Growler 12m in 29secs  (B) Partition reps as needed (C) Must Carry the stone in the front rack
