(C) Individually for max rep-5 x 1min Intervals 30sec Recovery Atlas Stone Clean 43/30kg 

From the Coach (A) No Heavier then starting weight of B (B) Although this isn't for time, as there is no set reps for the Strict Dip we are CrossFitters, so we want to complete it AFAP (C)
