Beginner
(A) Atlas Stone Ground to Shoulder-Work to the limitations of your movement
(B) 2 Teams-Atlas Stone 10m Relay 43/20kg-3mins AMRAP per person. So if there is 5 athletes in each team it is a 15min AMRAP. Stone must be carried in the front rack, you aren't allowed to take the stone to the shoulder. If the stone is dropped, the whole team must complete 5 burpees.

(A) Axle Bar Continental Clean2Overhead-Work to the limitations of you movement
(B) 2 Teams-Atlas Stone 10m Relay 78/43kg-3mins AMRAP per person. So if there is 5 athletes in each team it is a 15min AMRAP. Stone must be carried in the front rack, you aren't allowed to take the stone to the shoulder. If the stone is dropped, the whole team must complete 5 burpees.
