(B) Individually for time-21-15-9 Thrusters 61/43kg, Bar M/U
Coaches Tips-(A) Focus is on timing between the front squat and press. No heavier then starting weight for B. Repeat 5 times (B) Game Day is Friday/Saturday stay focused on this, not monday through thursday. Focus on moving efficiently and becoming a better CrossFitter over the longer term.
