Split Jerk 3RT, Teams of 2 5 Rounds each 1 Rope Climb, 3 Split Jerk, 5 KTE, 10 One Legged Squats

Beginner 6am, 9:30am, 7:30pm

(A) Split Jerk-Work 3 reps at a time to the limits of your movement

(B) In teams of 2-5 Rounds for time 1 Rope Climb, 3 Split Jerk, 5 KTE, 10 OLS Athlete A completes a round then Athlete B. This pattern continues until 5 rounds each are completed.

Intermediate 6am, 9:30am, 6:30pm

(A) Split Jerk-Work 3 reps at a time to the limits of your movement

(B) In teams of 2-5 Rounds for time 1 Rope Climb, 3 Split Jerk, 5 KTE, 10 OLS Athlete A completes a round then Athlete B. This pattern continues until 5 rounds each are completed.

Advanced 6am & 9:30am & 5:30pm

(A) Split Jerk-Work 3 reps at a time to the limits of your movement

(B) In teams of 2-5 Rounds for time 1 Rope Climb, 3 Split Jerk, 5 KTE, 10 OLS Athlete A completes a round then Athlete B. This pattern continues until 5 rounds each are completed.

Coaches Tips-(A) Work your limitations from the M/E Power Clean & Jerk last week and use stands if possible (A) Work on efficiency of your movements today.
