Beginner 6am, 9:30am & 7:30pm

Intermediate 6am, 9:30am & 6:30pm

(A) CrossFit Olympic Total-Within the limitations of your movement
Advanced 9:30am & 5:30pm

Coaches Tips- (A) After warm up you get 3 attempts to establish a 1RM Snatch then Clean & Jerk. It can be any style of snatch or clean & jerk
