Intermediate 6am, 9:30am & 6:30pm

(A) Individually in 20mins AMRAP-"Cindy" 5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats

(B) Clean & Jerk-Work to the limits of your movement

Advanced 9:30am & 5:30pm

(A) Individually in 30mins AMRAP-5 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats + EMOTM starting with the first minute perform 2 G2S2O 50/35kg 

(B) Clean & Jerk M/E
Coaches Tips- (C) In can be any type of clean & jerk. No more then 3-4 lifts above 90% of your current 1RM
