(C) In 10mins from finishing Isabel find a 1RM Snatch
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am & 6:30pm

Advanced 9:30am & 5:30pm

(A) Shoulder Strength & Stability Circuit 1

(B) 1RM KB/DB Snatch

(C) M/E Snatch Grip Push Press/Jerk + M/E OHS

(D) Isabel + Grace-30 Snatch + 30 Clean & Jerk
Coaches Tips- (A) Do this in the warm up area (C) If you max out on your OHS continue on with your Snatch Grip Push Press/Jerk. It can be either (C) Full Snatch, Full Clean & Jerk
