Beginner 6am, 9:30am & 7:30pm

0-10mins (A) Individually for time-Run 1.6km AFAP
(Recover 5mins)
15-30mins(B) Conventional Deadlift-3 reps at a time within the limitations of your movement
(Recover 5mins)
35-45mins (C) Individually complete EMOTM x 10 1 Rope Climb 15ft/12ft 

Intermediate 6am, 9:30am & 6:30pm

0-10mins (A) Individually for time-Run 1.6km AFAP
(Recover 5mins)
15-30mins(B) Individually find 3RM Conventional Deadlift
(Recover 5mins)
35-45mins (C) Individually complete EMOTM x 10 1 Rope Climb 15ft/12ft 
Advanced 9:30am & 5:30pm

0-10mins (A) Individually for time-Run 1.6km AFAP
(Recover 5mins)
15-30mins(B) Individually find 3RM Conventional Deadlift

35-50mins (C) Individually complete EMOTM x 15 1 Rope Climb Roof/15ft
