Clean + Hang Clean, Split Jerk, 5 Rounds 10 KB Push Press, 15 Box Jumps, 20 One Legged Squats

 Beginner 6am, 9:30am or 7:30pm

(A) Split Jerk-Work 3 Reps at a time within the limitations of your movement


(B) Individually for time-5 Rounds 10 Clean 30/20kg, 15 Box Jump 20/12", 20 Air Squats
or
(B) In teams of 2 for time-5 Rounds 20 Clean 30/20kg, 30 Box Jump 20/12", 40 Air Squats
Intermediate 6am, 9:30am or 6:30pm

(A) Split Jerk-Work to your limits

(B) One Legged Squats-Technique & Progressions (If proficient sub OLS for Air Squats in Part C and practice Overhead One Legged Squats)

(C) Individually for time-5 Rounds 10 Clean 40/30kg, 15 Box Jump 24/20", 20 Air Squats
or
(C) In teams of 2 for time-5 Rounds 20 Clean 40/30kg, 30 Box Jump 24/20", 40 Air Squats

Advanced 9:30am or 5:30pm

(A) Clean + Hang Clean-Work to your limits

(B) Split Jerk-Work to your limits

(C) Individually for time-5 Rounds 10 Double KB Push Press 24/16kg, 15 Box Jump 24/20", 20 One Legged Squats Alternating
