this showed me things I need to work on under fatigue.
(A) 47.5kg, and a few near misses!
ReplyDelete(B) No fat bar & no muscle ups, but a lot of mental fight with the heavy weights.
We finished in 20:53 I think - with about 12-13 minutes being attributed to me. And at least a minute being added on by Raps over-weighting one side of Brett's bar! ;)
