Focus-  (A) Click here for Demo (B) Athlete A completes a round then Athlete B completes a round starting from the burpee muscle ups. This is a race against the worlds best CrossFitters Rich Froning & Annie Thorisdottor. But there is 2 of you, go after their times.

    b) 12.32 all Requested weights - Requested Fat grip thrusters and requested and burpiee muscle ups

    this showed me things I need to work on under fatigue.

  2. (A) 47.5kg, and a few near misses!

    (B) No fat bar & no muscle ups, but a lot of mental fight with the heavy weights.

    We finished in 20:53 I think - with about 12-13 minutes being attributed to me. And at least a minute being added on by Raps over-weighting one side of Brett's bar! ;)
