(B) Individually for time-15 HR Pushups, 15 Pullups, 15 HR Pushups, 15 Pullups, 15HR Pushups, 15 Pullups

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Split Jerk-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) Individually for time-3 Rounds 10 HR Pushups, 10 Pullups, 10 Double Unders 

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(B) Individually for time-3 Rounds 15 HR Pushups, 15 Pullups, 30 Double Unders 

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) Shoulder Strength & Stability

(B) Split Jerk ME

(B) Individually for time-15 BW+ Bench Press, 15 C2B, 15 HR Pushups, 15 C2B, 15HR Pushups, 15 C2B

Focus- (A) Do this in the warm up area (B) Use racks (C) If you did BW last time for all 15 reps increase the load

    (C) 7.08 @ 75kg, just a bit over BW

    Fat man hates Body Weight WODs.

  3. (B) ME 50kg - but at 45kg was struggling so just did several lifts at 45.
