KB/DB Split Jerk 3RM, HSPU 3RM, Regional Team Event 6


Super Youth 4:30pm


(A) Split Jerk ME

(B) In teams of 2-100 Double Unders (50each), 50 HSPU whilst partner holds handstand, 50 TTB whilst partner hangs from bar,  50 Shoulder to Overhead 60/40kg whilst partner holds bar in front rack, 30m walking lunge with bar in front rack

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Split Jerk-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) In teams of 2-100 Double Unders, 50 Power Clean 40/30, 50 TTRings,  50 Push Press 40/30kg , 30m walking lunge

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) Split Jerk ME

(B) In teams of 2-100 Double Unders (50each), 50 HSPU whilst partner holds handstand, 50 TTB whilst partner hangs from bar,  50 Shoulder to Overhead 60/40kg whilst partner holds bar in front rack, 30m walking lunge with bar in front rack

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) KB/DB Split Jerk 3RM

(B) HSPU 3RM

(B) In teams of 2-100 Double Unders (50each), 50 HSPU whilst partner holds handstand, 50 TTB whilst partner hangs from bar,  50 Shoulder to Overhead with Fat Grips 70/45kg whilst partner holds bar in front rack, 30m walking lunge with bar in front rack

Focus- (A) Focus on hitting correct foot positions every rep (B) Do B in between sets of A (C) Partner up male & female where possible
