(A) Thruster-Retest 1RM

(B) In teams of 2-50 Hang Cleans 50/35kg , 50 Box Jumps 24/20, 50 Thrusters 50/35kg, 50 Jumping Squats

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Thruster-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) In teams of 2-50 Front Squats 40/30kg , 50 Box Jumps 24/20, 50 Thrusters 40/30kg, 50 Jumping Squats

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) Thruster-Retest 1RM

(B) In teams of 2-50 Hang Cleans 50/35kg , 50 Box Jumps 24/20, 50 Thrusters 50/35kg, 50 Jumping Squats

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) High Hang + Hang Clean to a max weight BW

(B) In teams of 2-50 BW Front Squats from Racks, 50 Box Jumps 30/24, 50 Thrusters 60/40kg, 50 Broad Jumps 2/1.5m

(C) 3 Attempts for Max Metres Handstand Walk
   
Focus- (A) Click Here For Demo   (B) 1 Person working at one time (C) If you don't have a handstand walk then use this time to practice

    WOD as an individual, 14:30. RXD.

  2. (A) Maxed out with good form at 52.5 - just not quick enough under with the HH any heavier.

    All High Hang movements I need to work on badly.

    (B) Partnered with Woody, good to see him again!

    Didn't realise there was a part C - but I cant walk (both literally at the moment, and with handstands!)
