Super Youth 4:30pm


(A) Deadlifts-EMOTM for 4mins 4 Reps @ 80% of 1RM. 

(B) Individually for time- 21-15-9 Thrusters 45/30kg, Box Jumps 24/20", KB Swings 24/16kg

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm


(A) Deadlifts-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) Individually for time- 21-15-9 Thrusters 40/30kg, Box Jumps 24/20"

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm


(A) Deadlifts-EMOTM for 4mins 4 Reps @ 80% of 1RM. 

(B) Individually for time- 21-15-9 Thrusters 40/30kg, Box Jumps 24/20", KB Swings 24/16kg

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) Individually for time-21-15-9 Deadlifts 125/85kg, Box Jumps 30/24" 

(B) Individually for time-21-15-9 Thrusters 50/35kg, KB Swings 30/24kg   
  
Focus- (A) Regional Team Event 5 (B) After a heavy part A this one is more a mental challenge to back up and have another good crack. Mental Toughness is trained just like Double Unders. Practice Practice Practice

  1. (A) 7:42 - quite happy with this comparing to the regional results (although individual was 10kg heavier!!)

    (B) Another big fat DNF! Got out 2 of the 9 KB swings as the clock hit 15mins. The mind is stronger than the body, and I let my weak mind win!

    Good night though! Back & arms are hurting today.
