Focus- (A) Regional Team Event 5 (B) After a heavy part A this one is more a mental challenge to back up and have another good crack. Mental Toughness is trained just like Double Unders. Practice Practice Practice
(A) 7:42 - quite happy with this comparing to the regional results (although individual was 10kg heavier!!)
ReplyDelete(B) Another big fat DNF! Got out 2 of the 9 KB swings as the clock hit 15mins. The mind is stronger than the body, and I let my weak mind win!
