(A) ME Power Snatch

(B) Individually-4 Rounds of 10 KB Snatch 32/24kg, Sprint 1/2 Gasser

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm


(A) Power Snatch- Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) Individually 4 Rounds of 10 KB Snatch 24/16kg, Sprint 1/2 Gasser

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm


(A) ME Power Snatch

(B) Individually-4 Rounds of 10 KB Snatch 32/24kg, Sprint 1/2 Gasser

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) ME 1 Snatch + 1 Snatch Balance

(B) Snatch Pull

(C) Individually-4 Rounds of 10 DB Snatch 45/32.5kg, 10x10m Sprint

  1. Worked up to 80kg for the snatch. Skipped the pulls due to injury.

  2. (A) 35 ME - jumped too far with the 40.

    (B) Pulls at 50

    (C) JUST under 12 mins. 25kg DB for 1 1/2 rounds, then 20kg KB. Need to work on my snatch with the KB.

    I found this week really tough, haven't really felt recovered from Monday and Tue-Thurs were hard. Good though, its good to feel challenged and more out of my comfort zone than ever.
