Shoulder Stability & Strength, Split Jerk to your Limitations and Tabatathon for Points


Super Youth 4:30pm

(A) Shoulder Stability & Strength Warm Up

(B) Build to a 1RM Jerk

(C) Individually complete for points Tabata Squats, PushUps, Situps & 10m Shuttle Runs

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Shoulder Stability & Strength Warm Up

(B) Technique Push Jerk

(C) Individually complete Benchmark workout Helen-3 Rounds for Time 400m Run, 21 KB Swings 24/16, 12 Pullups 

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) Shoulder Stability & Strength Warm Up

(B) Build to a 1RM Jerk

(C) Individually complete for points Tabata Squats, PushUps, Situps & 10m Shuttle Runs

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) Shoulder Stability & Strength Warm Up

(B) Split Jerk-Work to the limitations of your movement 

(C) Individually complete for points Tabata Squats, PushUps, Situps & 10m Shuttle Runs

Focus- (A) This needs to be completed in the warm up area before we start (B) You will need to show near perfect form to move up in weight. (C) This is going to be fun. The rules are, if you get 20 reps or over on any of your intervals you get 3 points. If you get 15 or over you get 2 and if you get over 10 you get 1 point. For the shuttles if you get over 100m you get 3 points, over 70m you get 2 points and over 50m you get 1 point.
