Super Youth 4:30pm


(A) Split Jerk ME

(B) In teams of 2-42-30-18 Double KB Push Press 24/16kg, Pullups

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Split Jerk-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) In teams of 2 for time-42-30-18 Double KB Push Press 20/12kg, Pullups

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) Split Jerk ME

(B) In teams of 2-42-30-18 Double KB Push Press 24/16kg, Pullups

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) KB/DB Split Jerk 5RM

(B) In teams of 2-42-30-18 Deadlifts 120/80kg, C2Bar Pullups
   
Focus- (A) Focus on hitting correct foot positions every rep (B) Athlete A must be hanging from the bar whilst Athlete B does C2B and vice versa. Partition reps as needed

  1. A) i got the the 35kg dumbell. first time doing this movement
    felt off balanced and was harder to get my back toe facing in then when doing it with a bar

    B) worked with Amon RXD

    C) did Tabata push ups with a static plank hold for the 10sec rest
