Focus- (A) Go after it today (B) Treat this like a regionals workout, it was last year (C) Hang onto those DB's as long as you can

    B)8:27. i really need to work on my kipping HSPU
    i tend to do stricked in the WODS because my kip sucks so badly and then i die in the ass

  2. (A) 120kg (PB) - I think I'll wear leggings next time, the bar was getting stuck on my thighs!

    (B)6:26 but with 'butt in the air, chest to the ground' push ups, not HSPU

    (C) I really slowed us down! This was so heavy and awkward and I dropped the dumb bells 1000 times.

  3. a) disappointed only got 105 not even my old PB need to correct my technique and try this again - shoulders in front of bar.

    b) 8.05 happy with this

  4. A) Stopped Deadlifts at 170kg, just not feeling it.

    B) Diane with Push ups, time 5:21.

    C) Teamed with the girls for this one, held my own on the lighter dumbells.
