(B) 15mins to Find 1RM Clean & Jerk 

(C) Individually for time-Power Snatch Isabel or Power Clean Grace 

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Deadlifts-Work within the limitations of your movement

(C) Individually for time- 15-12-9 Deadlift, Burpee

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) 15mins to Find 1RM Snatch

(B) 15mins to Find 1RM Clean & Jerk 

(C) Individually for time-Power Snatch Isabel or Power Clean Grace 

Advanced 5:30pm

    70kg finally cracked 70kg New 1RM

    Clean and Jerk
    100kg New 1RM

    had some time spare so i continued with the snatch
    landed a 77.5Kg New 1RM was Pumped!!

    Not to fussed about the misses, as I know where I went wrong.
    200kg total next time.
