Super Youth 4:30pm

(A) Back Squat-EMOTM for 4mins 4 Reps @ 80% of 1RM.

(B) Individually complete for points Tabata Squats, PushUps, Situps & Double Unders

Beginner 6am & 7:30pm

(A) Back Squat-Work within the limitations of your movement

(B) Individually complete Benchmark workout Helen-3 Rounds for Time 400m Run, 21 KB Swings 24/16, 12 Pullups 

Intermediate 6am & 6:30pm

(A) Back Squat-EMOTM for 4mins 4 Reps @ 80% of 1RM.

(B) Individually complete for points Tabata Squats, PushUps, Situps & Double Unders

Advanced 5:30pm

(A) Individually for time-30 Bodyweight Back Squats 

(B) Individually complete for points Tabata Squats, PushUps, Situps & Double Unders

Focus- (A) Warm up to Weight then get going (B) This is a repeat workout

    (B) 117 Air Squat, 46 Push ups, 80something situps and 126 D/U. I am not 100% on the numbers on these.

    Going to need some epic mobilization before tonight.
